Following the fun and energy of our Summer Soca-robics classes and spectacular Carnival performances across the West Midlands, we want to bring some light to these dark evenings with our weekly adult Soca classes!
Join us for fitness and to learn Soca technique from the amazing Steven (@dancewithstago) and our team of incredible professional dancers and teachers.
Soca dance is a high-energy Carnival dance to the best Caribbean beats and rhythms. It includes simple stepping patterns, scarf-waving and highly engaging, fluid movement throughout the body. It’s impossible not to feel the music and our teachers will show you what you can do with that feeling; come for a joyful and freeing time!
Open to those with and without dance experience.
Date and time: 5 Mondays from Monday 6th November, 7:00pm – 8:15pm
Price: £10 per class or £40 for all 5
